• Name of Project: SHIPBOARD STOCK MANAGEMENT
  • Scope of Work: The software developed is able to manage any kind of stock in "on-board" environment. The software is high customizable and cover four main sections. 1) Equipment; 2) Spare Parts; 3) Maintenances; 4) Consumables.
  • Equipments: The EQUIPMENTS section includes information about of all the equipment/machinery available on board. In this section is possible to manage all the information of each single item (i.e. list of components, list of spare parts available, maintenance schedule, position, etc.).
  • Spare Parts: This section shows a list of all the parts of the equipments. The following informations are reported for each part: Part number; Part name; Cost for single part; Quantity available in the stock; the minimum quantity to keep in the store (including an alarm monitoring system on quantity level); Date of the last order; Value of that part in the stock; Date of entry; Quantity on order for that part; Store number; Store section; Store level; If the part is verified or not; Information related to user and data of the last modification to the part. In this section is also available information about the total value of the stock. Furthermore, is possible to show a list which includes all the equipment/machinery that are using a certain part.
  • Maintenances: This section shows the list of all the maintenances carried out on a specific equipment. The information are: maintenance id.; start date; equipment reference number and description; amount of operators which carry out the relevant maintenance; duration of maintenance; total cost of the maintenance which includes cost of the operators and cost of parts.
  • Consumables: In this section the operator can manage all the consumbales, that means updating the amount of certain item, its position in the store, the related transaction or adding/deleting entries.
  • Report System: All the informaton contained in the software can be also available for "off-line" consulting by printing out or saving in pdf files format.
  • More Features: Monitoring of Personal Protective Equipment consumption (sorting by crew member, group or item); Sorting and Filtering Features; Login Access (accounts with different privileges), high customizable, export and import of database and much more.
